Circus Science Workshops for schools

We are experienced and can run circus workshops for Key Stage 1- 3

Key stage 1-2 To learn when things, slow down, speed up or change direction there is a cause. Forces discussed Push, Pull, Gravity, Friction, Centripetal,
To look at the movement togther of some of the circus equipment. Then to sent of groups to be science detectives to try out and see how other equipment works.

Key stage 3- This involes a quick talk about forces above and giroscopic motion and then a practical session with circus equipment. Promoting an understanding of forces and that science is fun.

When working with keystage 3 we would give youngsters the opportunity to use a wider selection of equipment and could work with bigger groups.

We are very adaptable and can fit around your schedule.
