Alison Lewis - Circus Coach

Alison runs lovely, engaging, fun Circus Workshop and Birthday Parties for young children up to year 8.

She teaches Circus Skills regularly at Callington Community College as part of their PEP and after school programe.

She is very skilled at trapeze and trained in teaching Circus with Cirque du Ciel.

Steve Eldridge - Circus Coach, Performer & Administrator

Steve has over 20 years experience of working with children and runs excellent workshops for all ages.

He performs as Spangles the Clown for Primary Schools, Birthday Parties and events.

He is also 50% of Circus Berzercus who perform family friendly circus shows. Circus Bezercus have sponsored substantial research into impact of learning Circus Skills on children.

He trained at as a Sports Fitness teacher with Torbay District Council, studied Theatre Studies at The Hub in St Austell, studied Circus at Fooltime now known as Circomedia in Bristol.

Ben Cornish - Circus Coach and Performer

Ben is a talented and well established comedy juggler. His shows include a wide range of skills accompanied by a steady stream of  comedy patter that is ideal for a family audience.

Ben has taught engaging and inspiring workshops for 20 years and can teach from beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional.

He is the other 50% of Circus Berzercus and has and has performed successfully with Steve for many years.

Rupert Elford - Circus Coach and Performer

Rupert aka Elfic the Jester has been performing Circus Comdey Shows in every conceivable venue across the South West over the last 20 years.

He has a wide range of skills and enjoys teaching young people. He runs a regular club in Totnes every week.

Rupert is also a Chemistry Graduate and performs 3 curriculum based shows as Professor Elfic.

He trained at Fooltime in Bristol now known as Circomedia.

Alison Knight (also known as Alison Lucky)
- Circus Coach & Director

Ali is very passionate about Circus and has worked in the field for 25 years. She was a founder member of Rushin' State Community Circus, taught disadvantaged children through Plymouth's EAZ, taught Circus Skills for 7 years at Callington Community College, performed as a stilt walker, managed Cirque du Ciel and developed Circus into Schools.She ran Calstock Unicyle Club for 10 years and currently runs Calstock Circus Club.

She ran a project for deaf children in Cambodia and held a performance residency in Egypt as well as working across the South West of England.

She trained with UPSU Juggling Club and with Rushin' State Community Circus in Plymouth.
